OK, its not a blog. Technorati is a blog tracking company with commentary and advice on the subject. Something of a blog way-station which allows you to search by category, etc. Claims to track 41 million blog sites.

Also not a blog, but really useful if you are considering blogging about or on behalf of your employer. All companies should develop similar blogging guidelines for their employees.

Sphere
A search engine that just focuses on indexing Blogs. Quite good at looking up what the blogsphere has to say about a particular topic, person, or event. Also lists related mainstream media, books, photos and podcasts right next to the results for a complete picture of the conversation.,
